This is a simple app for car tuners and other speed freaks. One can calculate car performance and the effect of engine power and torque increase, weight reduction, gear ratio and tire size changes etc. to the car acceleration. Also a measurement can be done to get the corresponding numbers in reality.
For those who have tuned the engine, there is also included a feature to roughly estimate the current engine power.
This app includes three part:
- Calculation of a vehicle acceleration according to vehicle data
- Measurement of a vehicle acceleration by using acceleration sensor in your phone or tablet. Includes automatic start and stop.
- Estimation of engine power based on the calculation and measurement data
In addition it is possible to save vehicle and measurement data to a txt-file for further processing
